This Privacy Policy describes how Pot Black ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application for booking snooker and pool tables and related services.

- Scores, frames, breaks, and match statistics

- App crash logs and performance data
d. Payment Information
- Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (Razorpay)
- We do not store card details, UPI PINs, or bank credentials
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and manage table bookings
- Confirm reservations and send notifications
- Track scores, maintain leaderboards, and calculate player ratings
- Process payments and maintain your financial ledger
- Improve app functionality and performance
- Provide customer support
- Prevent fraud and misuse
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your data with:
- Payment service providers — to process transactions (Razorpay)
- Cloud hosting providers — for secure data storage
- Notification services — Firebase (FCM) for push notifications, WhatsApp Business API, and SMS providers for opted-in communications
- Analytics providers — to improve app performance (Firebase)
- Parlour staff — captains and administrators can view session data, booking information, and ledger balances relevant to parlour operations
- Other players — your name, rating, and game statistics may be visible on leaderboards and in open match listings
- Legal authorities — if required by law
4. Data Retention
We retain your information:
- As long as your account is active
- Or as required for legal and operational purposes
Game history and ledger records are retained for accounting and audit purposes even after account deletion. Personal identifiers (name, phone number) are anonymised upon account deletion.
You can request deletion at any time from the Profile screen in the app.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data through the App
- Correct inaccurate information via your profile
- Request deletion of your data from the Profile screen
- Opt-out of WhatsApp and SMS notifications from your preferences

6. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, secure authentication with token rotation, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Third-Party Services
Our app may use third-party services such as:
- Payment gateways (Razorpay)
